Delivery details

For USA order, We ship all orders via SF Express /UPS/USPS delivery with tracking number. Please be patient with shipping and allow 8-13 business days for delivery. Email us if you not receive items after 16 working days after full payment sent.

For international order, items will be shipped from Monday to Friday via Standard International Shipping.

GENERALLY, The estimated delivery time:

★7-12 working days to UK, France, Germany.

★7-13 working days to Italy.

★10-18 working days to Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovenia, Slovakia

★12-20 working days toSpain, Austria, the Netherlands, Luxembourg

★12-22 working days to Sweden, Latvia, Portugal

Please note that no change of delivery date, address or re-delivery  will be allowed once the package is dispatched.Pay close attention to the delivery time and whether the address is incorrect.

A single package is larger than 20KG, we generally use UPS to send it. If you change the address, you will need to pay extra.

Please note the shipping timetable is not 100% accurate, bad whether or public holiday will cause delay.

We would add the tracking number in your item status when the item has beenshipped, you can check your e-mail to get it after days 48 hours later(Holidays and weekends exclueded)
