1.What is your order Handing time?
—— Except for holidays, it is normally 2 working days.
2.I want to order in large quantities. Do you support wholesale orders?
—— We are a factory and support mass ordering.
3.What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?
—— The recommended quantity is 100,we can also do 30, 50 quantities, the price will be relatively expensive
4.Are the colours portrayed on the computer similar to the product?
—— We do our best to ensure that the colours portrayed on our website are accurate. Our dedicated team of photographers and designers adhere to a stringent procedure whereby each product is physically compared to the computer monitor for best match of colour. As such, kindly understand that actual colours may vary due to monitor, display or resolution settings, as well as the type of screen used to view the website.
5.I like the Dimming Light Base! Now, how do I buy?
—— Making a purchase is easy. Simply browse through our store and when you see something you like, Click on "add to cart". You'll be guided through our PayPal secured checkout and viola! You're all done

6.How will I know if you have received my order?
—— After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Only after your credit card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the item(s) located, will your order be accepted and the item(s) shipped. At which point you will receive a second email from us confirming your order. Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock piece(s) and your payment for the item(s) will not be processed.
7.Do you sell to other businesses - Retails/ Corporate Gifts/ eCommerce ?
—— Yes, we're happy to sell to both individuals and businesses. If you'd like to know more, please contact us.
8.How do I know it is safe to shop with you?
—— Mintso takes great pride in offering a safe and secure online shopping experience and takes many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. Mintso processes all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor. Mintso does NOT keep full credit card information on record. We also respect your privacy and we're committed to protecting it.
9.What payment methods do you have?

10.Is it safe to use my PayPal Online?
——At Mintso your personal information is treated safely and securely. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and PayPal details through our system. All orders are processed though a secure checkout system and we do not store your PayPal details.
11.Is my personal information kept private?
——All information you share with us is private and confidential. At no point do we share, lease or sell your personal information to any other Organisation.
12.Can I change my delivery details once my order has been dispatched?
——Unfortunately we are unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched. Please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address when you place an order.
13.When will I receive my items via delivery?
—— All our stocks are overseas and we will arrange to be send to your address once your order is confirmed. We believe this is the best way to offer competitive pricing to you. For more info, kindly refer to 'Free Shipping over $25'
14.Do I need an account to make an order?
—— No, you can use the guest checkout to complete your order. Having an account not only speeds up the order process, but you will also be able to see your order history; save your personal and payment details as well as edit your favourites items.
